Module 4: Discussion 1 Career GoalsI am a Miami Dade public library employee; I started right out of high school 12 years ago. I already completed one of my goals of becoming a supervisor, however, to reach my other goals of becoming a library administrator, I must have a master's degree background. I love working for Miami Dade public library and I have no plans of leaving my goal is to grow within the system.
