However, the management at Donut Shop has completely ignored the issue of customer convenience. First, the shop’s parking lot is a disarray with cars parked at odd angles. Such disorganization inconveniences other customers who would want to use the parking lot. Second, the parking lot was dirty and trashcans had overflowed. Given the shop serves food, the dirty parking lot negatively affects the customer and also is an eyesore to most customers wanting to visit the shop.
