We're glad you've again chosen us as your caterer and we look forward to a great party like the previous ones. As with our usual tradition, we will arrange the delivery of tables and chairs before the party (Bovée & Thill, 2018). We will also be providing the skirt for the band stage, tablecloths, bar setup, and of course, the barbecue. We would recommend that you get some brothers and pledges to do the setting up to save you some money. However, there are some few changes that I you should be aware to give you the opportunity to explore simple cost-cutting measures. Because of the high overhead costs, we have added $100 charge for setting up and a small charge of $3 per person for the clean-up after the party. But as we pointed out earlier, these activities can be carried out by some of the brothers and the pledges thereby saving you the money.
