Group Dynamics and Decision –Making TeamsLeadership encompasses the process of influencing others through purpose, direction, and motivation while functioning to achieve the organization mission and improving the organization. As a leader, one is expected to identify and solve complex problems and set realistic goals for the organization (Jackson, S. E., May, K. E., &Whitney, K., 1995). Personally, I was assigned the responsibility to lead a team at the helm of solving the employees' turnover problem within our organization. Employees' turnover is a complex problem that can occur due to a number of reasons. It can as well be beneficial to the organization since the organization is required to research on its causes and even outcomes before making a decision on how to deal with the issue.After serious engagements with my team members trying to understand the problem of employees’ turnover, we viewed this problem in two perspectives; Employees turnover as a voluntary and on the other hand employees’ turnover as involuntary. Involuntary turnover in most cases is caused is as a result of issues such as lack of productivity, counterproductive work behaviors while voluntary turnover is somewhat complex can be influenced by poor selection practices (Van Aken, J. E.,
