In this sense, the main aim of social workers is opening access doors and opportunities such as scholarships, good schools, quality healthcare, jobs, and peace among others for all people, especially those in greatest need. For instance, for social justice during the Flint Water Crisis, appropriate measures were taken to identify the causes, consequences, as well as the solutions to the crisis although the community’s recovery was severely undermined by streams of conflicting networks, fractured communication networks, inability of officials to respond in meaningful means, and the difficulty in communicating community concerns to officials (Gray, et al, 2017).
