Adibiet al(2012) acknowledge that the risks of medical care is among the leading causes of the high rate of mortality hospitalized patientsacross the globe. The study reveal that about 5.5 of hospital deaths emerge from safety errors. It also found that majority of hospitals rank below 50 in the 12 dimension of patient safety. The authors suggest a system approach to the healthcare challenge and its resolution.
