It is seen as the epitome of Emperor Qin Shi Huangdis boundless power and prestige. The mausoleum is located 30 km to the outside of Xian in the Shensi province of China. Qin Shi Huangdi was the ruler who single-handedly unified the seven warring clans of the China in 221 BCE he is also credited with building of several public infrastructures such as the legendary Great Wall of China.
