Computer security covers all processes and mechanisms through which digital equipment and information systems are protected from unintended or unauthorised access, alteration, or damage.In the information, age individuals and organisations must control their information appropriately or become vulnerable to loss of trade secrets. This paper will discuss four problems with computer security and their solutions (Conklin, White and Cothren 48). Introduction of malicious programs is a major computer security problem. This problem is described with the term computer virus which encompasses attacks such as Trojan Horses, worm logic bombsand virus. Trojan Horse is a program that conceals a harmful code by disguising it as an attractive or useful program to lure computer users to execute it. When executed the Trojan Horse damages the users system.
