Safety practices in construction industry is always a popular controversial topic or issue that is highly included engineering ethics practices and moral issues. Safety practices are those actions and procedures at work that promote better health and safety. Safety involves the prevention of and protection from events that could endanger the workers safety from significant danger, injury/harm, or damage, such as crimes or disasters that happen either naturally or man-made. The main objective is to figure out the Safety Practices of the Construction Industry presently.Apart from that, the steps that should be taken and consider as part of industry to address the present situation. The importance of safety at construction site should be emphasized by the site management team and all parties involved in the construction industry. Tey (1999) suggested that good safety practices reduce the probability of accident happen to the workers. Hence, the workers can perform their works conductively and able to complete projects as scheduled which ensure smoothness of progress of works on site.
