Hagget (1975:238) defines culture as a description of patterns of behaviour that form a durable template by which ideas and images can be transferred from one generation to another. Mead & Andrews (2009:80), constructed organisational culture is a product of structures, systems, and regulations, planned and imposed by management. The management works towards the building of values that suit the organisational goals.This automatically clarifies that it is normal for organisations to behave or make decisions in a “Particular Way”, the question now is if this “particular way” is productive. If the “Particular Way” is productive, then I suggest the organisation continue, if not, then there will need to change.
