This theory is tested on various families the factors which can be originated from the social environment are motivation, self – efficacy, social support etc. It was seen around the world that people get support from the social community over internet and other sources from across the globe (Israelsen). During this research 910 people were recruited from 2 different public health centers which consists of 67% females and 43% African American peoples. Their physical and mental activities are analyzed due to social influences and it was seen that they perceived social support, self – efficacy etc. (Israelsen). Results indicated that Social environment of an individual directly affects the physical activity of a particular person. Both the social and environmental factors affecting indirectly to the people in consideration during research. Social support which people got during the research influenced their physical activity indirectly through internal and external factors and motivated them.
