I also agree that most people dislike the system view because they only want to focus on what they already know. It is no doubt that project managers need to understand the value of consulting with the stakeholders. , Your post is very impressive. I agree with you that business organizations and projects are different and therefore there can never be one methodology that is good for all. You therefore argue that they should develop their own methodologies.
