Acting against the professional code of ethics in a business sphere is a violation of the stipulated business regulations. This report will focus on analyzing illegal and unethical business practice of an Indian company, Iyogi, operated by an Indian-American entrepreneur. An Indian Information and Technology company under the presidency of Vishal Dhar is involved in a case filled by the Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson. The case was filed on 16th December 2015. The Iyogi Company is accused of violating the Washington’s Consumer Protection Act (RWC 19.86) and Computer Software Act.
