This operation consulting proposal intends to employ operations consulting tools such as 5Ps, Process improvement tools to address the problem and to develop a case for improving operational efficiency and customer service delivery. This proposal will require data and resources such as value stream mapping, SPC Voice of Customer and customer interaction gap analysis.Operations Consulting Tool KitThis consulting engagement will make use of the 5Ps of operation consulting. These tools will help the consultant evaluate the layout of McDonald’s stores in respect to the placement and design of the self-ordering kiosks and their effect on customer service. This will include an evaluation all the hardware items on the self-ordering system. The second of the 5Ps will involve an evaluation of the software developed for the self-ordering kiosks system. The third of the 5Ps will involve an evaluation of the processes involved
