Despite collapsing due to bankruptcy, Enron applied some business ethics in its running which made it stand firm for sometime. One of them included employee conduct whereby every employee was expected to behave in a manner that was favorable to the company. The code of conduct of the company also revolved around some important values (Foreman and Selly, 2001).This values included respect whereby no one was expected to disrespect a fellow workmate in the company in terms of action as well as speech. Openness was another value whereby customers were to be treated with honesty and no making empty promises. Communication was another value where people in the company were aloud to speak out what they had to say as well as be listened to. There was also excellence where the output was targeted to be always the best and satisfactory. Enron
