Discussions are fundamental to shared learning I will apply what I have learned in the course in both my personal and professional relationships by ensuring that I am an effective communicator. In my personal life, I would use the knowledge I have gained in the course to build relationships around my family, and friends by being a good listener. Professionally, I will use the knowledge to encourage my workers to communicate and express their minds. Concerning the decisions and implementation of policies that top management intends to take, and give my employees an opportunity to speak out their minds. Yes, the course helped me to meet the goals I identified in unit one, where I want communication to take center stage of my professional career. Being a great leader is all about clarity and defining the vision to the workforce.
