The main reasons leading to stress in organization relate to task and role demands for the jobs that employees are expected to perform. Such factors can however be managed by the management of the organization through adoption of stress management approaches. The first organizational approach towards stress management is personnel selection and job placement (Gary, 2005). In this approach, an organization sets recruitment procedures that ensure that they hire the best personnel who can handle the roles expected of them diligently.
