Title of Research Project: LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE FACILITY Brief description of research study, and what participation involves: Leadership in the healthcare sector has been associated with various functions. It is one of the significant requirements of hospital care which involves the performance of the system, achievement of the targeted goals and objectives, timely delivery on care, and also the healthcare system integrity and efficiency. Therefore, this study will analyse the role played by leadership towards the performance of healthcare centres. The participation of the study will involve filling out issued questions structured. The questionnaires will be distributed to various officials of different healthcare centres. The questionnaires will be in two parts whereby part I will involve questions that will be answered by the healthcare officials and part II will involve questions that will be supplied to the clients within the healthcare centres. This will help collect the necessary information concerning leadership quality of the healthcare centres in terms of patients’ view and opinion and the officials view and opinion. Participation will be voluntary and free to withdraw at any time. <w:u
