This can be done in many ways which include both internal and external. I am going to discuss one of the internal frauds that are carried in the charities which is;False invoices / purchase order for goods /services that have not been supplied. In some instances the fraud can be organized in a way that instead of giving the right amount of purchased goods the manager may use inappropriate invoice so that he/she can use the over pay for personal gain.
