We cannot just wish away a concept on the mere fact that, we have seen some other concepts that never worked in the past. I think that Six, Sigma concept in quality management has introduced tangible improvements that have impacted the quality management industry. Six Sigma has contributed to increased quality in training programs, and people involved in quality, I therefore, argue based on the tangible results that, Six Sigma is not just another fad; it is a Quality management concept that will impact the industry positively. People need to take their time and interact with it more and understand its principles and how they can improve quality.
