Week 4 - Project Time ManagementPlease answer the following:Do you think many organizations use critical path analysis? What about critical chain scheduling? Justify your responses.I strongly believe that many organizations use the Critical Path Analysis. This “Critical chain project management (CCPM) is a method of planning and managing projects that emphasizes the resources (people, equipment, physical space) required to execute project tasks”. Resources are a major determinant of whether a project is feasible. Most organizations therefore consider the size of their budget finance, workforce and the availability of the relevant technology required to complete a particular project. Similarly, I believe that many organizations use the Critical Chain Scheduling. This method looks at the list of all activities required to complete the project, the time that each activity takes to complete and finally, any dependencies between the activities. I believe that any organization must consider the above to minimize the likelihood of scope creeps.
