Therefore, police departments have devised new methods of deterring criminals efforts. One of the ways of enhancing safety is by using technological intelligent devices to complement the efforts of sworn police officers. Surveillance drone is an example of gargets that police are using. Virtual City Police Department wants to adopt the use of surveillance drones in fighting crimes. A surveillance drone is an unmanned vehicle that gathers information like photos and videos from aerial views.
