International Journal of Management Reviews, Vol. 14, 1–17.This journalarticle explores the issue of workplace sexual harassment by reviewing the literature that is available on the subject. She focusses on three main research topics. The first is the synthesis of the accumulated knowledge on sexual harassment as it is experienced by management and the organization itself. She then highlights the competing perspectives identified after evaluation of the evidence. Finally, she makes suggestions on any areas that may require further research. She identifies the consequences of workplace sexual harassment including physical and psychological health problems.
