Our target audience will be adults, expecting a Teen or higher rating. Our game will be unique in that we plan to include programming for newly available peripherals such as the Oculus Rift and Touch. Our competition will be other game developers in the action-adventure genre, such as EA, Activision Blizzard, and Bethesda Softworks. While we expect there to be some significant legal hurdles to surmount, we believe that our offering of GTA VI will be a successful addition to the Rockstar lineup.Key Potential Legal IssuesThe primary legal issues that we can foresee, at least initially, are tort claims for unintentional/proximate cause damages related to allegations from victims and families who might claim that our game(s) led to violence in the perpetrators.
