Chapter Six: Summary, Conclusions and RecommendationsThis chapter provides a summary of review of all preceding chapters of the study. It also highlights relevant literature, general findings, and research model and makes a presentation of the synopsis of the last chapter. The chapter provides a discussion of the problem statement and a description of each research question is done and conclusions are arrived at based on the findings of the study. The chapter also gives a recommendation of how the findings of the study can be applied in practical situations. Additionally, suggestions for future research are also provided.
