Overall, Carla is complaining of various symptoms that include having “trouble sleeping, feeling jumpy all the time, and an inability to concentrate” (Axia College, 2007). The symptoms in which Carla has are attributed to her decreased level of performance at her place of work in which she serves as an accountant (Axia College, 2007). After analyzing the symptoms in which Carla is suffering from, it is apparent that her symptoms adhere to numerous criteria pertaining to various disorders; these disorders include panic disorder, major depression, and post traumatic stress disorder, among others. The majority of her symptoms, however, are closely aligned with major depression, or Dysthymic Disorder. Carla’s exact condition cannot be made until a complete and thorough clinical interview is completed. Once the clinical interview
